Change annotation group color when changing status

Right now when grouping annotations and creating an issue linked to that group, only 1 element of that annotation group changes color. It would be a LOT more efficient if the whole group would change color.

Restriction to press recapture button

Restriction for other member to press recapture button, to avoid discrepancy between the issue and the captured view. It's better only the issue creator can recapture this recapture tools.
