Provide an option to open PWE to the Personal or Global Folders along with the last used folder

We would like to have the ability to assign a version at the folder level so that all documents under the folder where they reside will have the same version. This would allow us to version a set of documents that are intertwined.

I think it's natural for people to want to press back to up to the previous folder level. The current implementation takes the user out of the Documents altogether.

Can we have the ability to turn off email notifications if a user never acknowledges a GC, RFI or Transmittal? Or can we adjust the GC, RFI or Transmittal to no longer require a users to acknowledge?
