security roles by folder

it would be better to have roles by folder and not by project only

Make labels the same

Work Inbox appears to be the same as the Action Required tile or perhaps the My Design Tasks tile. If that's the case it would help reduce confusion if they were labeled the same. Why call it one thing in one place and another thing in another place?
