How does one remove an inactive, external project from the list of projects? The project comes from an external source and the project is now finalised. How do I remove this entry from my list of projects? I cannot delete the project - all I want to do is remove it from my list of projects.
Advice so far (SR7001237820 ) has been to contact the project admin and ask them to remove the named user from the project. This works, however with large numbers of projects from different sources, this is time consuming.
And what about projects generated internally? The number of projects can ultimately accumulate into an unmanageable list and the concept of "favourites" only goes part of the way in helping.
Removing users from projects is not a solution as this makes potential auditing all the more difficult.
The current interface is OK for users and companies dealing with small numbers - its clunky and difficult to navigate for larger numbers of active projects
An improvement might be to allow users to "send projects to the bottom of the list" - they still remain active, but are not prominent.
And while we are on the subject - why not allow the user to chose their own column headers; be able to resize them, and have those settings retained for subsequent sessions?
Currently a good feature - shame about the clunky, frustrating interface.
Hi Daniel, I don't believe it has anything to do with Entitlement Management.
It's for Admins to have visibility control of which PW Projects are listed in CONNECT Center. I believe I understand the concept of "My Projects" and "Favourites", interested to know how an admin can control the visibility of projects when they are inactive (internal or external - see attached image), or when a project is complete.
The ability to display a list of all projects in the tenant is also difficult to achieve as the search criteria does not recognise wildcards (see attached image). I would prefer to aviod the Export tool every time a complete list is needed.
Hope this helps clarify. Regards, David
Does this request relate to Entitlement Management? It seems like it's really talking about another part of Subscription Services, but I wanted to validate first before finding the right team for this request.
