Users need the Linked Items column in the Forms List for them to be able to identify to which documents the issue is linked to when exporting the Data to excel.
Linked Items can be exported from Dashboard but it categorize/segregate Forms by Types. Unlike in Work Items, users should be able to export Data per specific Work Items.
If you want to use the Forms list like a database, it should be possible to link different files from Documents at various points within the form—similar to a SharePoint list. For this, a basic control element would be helpful and necessary to place the link at a specific location.

Any document from PWE or web interface, shoud be allow to be link to a from ( new of existing)
Under PWE like PWDM transmission we should be able to see which form a document is linked
