Let it be possible to create a new iModel, by copying an existing iModel.

It can either be:

• Create a new iModel by copying all models from an existing iModel and allow renaming and cleaning these.

• A complete copy of the iModel with all clash detection and saved views set (all versions should does not need to be copied)
