Good day

We need changes made to the transmittal process for our external organizations. Our external organizations only need to receive packages, in other words all our external organizations need to do is acknowledge and download packages with "Read and Download" access/permissions, and therefore we would not need to cover any licences for external organizations. We are not collaborating with our external organizations - we are only issuing packages to them. We are the client and currently we perform a non-collaborative function, hence a simple transmittal process request that will work for all.
