Where Company A or Company B have issued mail that included Company C team members as recipients, neither Company A nor Company B can see Company C recipients listed after the mail has been sent. Company A and Company B are also unable to see any Company C team members on mail received from Company C and therefore cannot tell if any Company C apart from the sender were included or not. Typically, recipients would like to be aware of who else is included in the distribution of correspondence. In most projects, a communication matrix is always established in their contract, and they would like to ensure that this is being followed, and information is properly disseminated as per their communication matrix.
