The ? should have a link to the PW365 Documentation. It is a universal HELP icon so it should be used that way

It is very frustrating to click the ? for HELP and there is NO HELP available. This button should include a link to the information you have developed. For example, I'm trying to figure out the instructions for ADDING REVIEWERS and DELEGATING A TRANSMITTAL . I can see where those are in Connect.Bentley.com portal but not ProjectWise 365
