Distribution Matrix is setup for Transmittals and can't be used for RFI or GC's as of now.
When a project which has a lot of organizations working together (like a JV), the Distribution matrix will be useful in all forms of Communications from Deliverables Management.
I agree, this would be incredibly useful and save boatloads of time when sending out RFIs and General Correspondence, but also for TQs.
