I should be able to resize column width as well as add additional columns of my need besides the ones shipped as default.

That might help user to see additional information on the main page incoming/outgoing of deliverable management

For example, I may need to add columns that shows additional attributes of Responder's name, responded by, Issued by, Delegate etc
