I guess it is better if all the recipients from the original submission will receive a notification once the action person responded on that submission.

For example:

The Contractor issued a drawing for review and approval to consultant copying the several recipients such as Client and Cost Consultant, Once the action person responded on that drawing only the Contractor (sender will receive the response notification. Why Bentley cannot make it that all original receiver will receive the same notification on their emails.
