Is it possible to have the option to choose the time in which you can make a "recall" to a transmittal?
Currently, you can do a recall after weeks and although this action is traced, at a practical level it can be the case of working with documentation that weeks later is not useful because the person who sent it decides to do a recall.
Practical use of functionality?
Prevent the sender of a transmittal recalling it, after a period of time defined by the project admin. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Users can always recall a transmitted documentation causing adortive work by the reciever. |
The number of back and forth when both party disagree ( reject) should be limited as well to avoid ping pong.
Maybe after tow, three maybe up to five back and forth the system could introduce a Mediation state to a document or issue to force the parties to sit and solve the situation?
Currently, the system allows recall even if transmittal has already been responded for some time. It is just right to set allowable time and parameters to recall . Since this action cannot be undone, there is always risk of data lost.
