If response options are customised (changed from the words 'rejected' to another response, eg 'Not Accepted' or 'Not Required') can the notification email dynamically show this response option rather than it being hard keyed to only show approved or rejected.

We customise a lot of our responses and as a result it can be confusing when the sender is reviewing information to see different words meaning the same thing.
