When a link to a specific document is generated using PW Web View that link will only open the document's containing folder with the document selected in the view. The user then needs to click the document again to view. Please eliminate the last click and allow document links to directly open the document in the browser window.
The ability to click the link and open the file makes it simple. The lack of this facility is a backward step. Please work to bring the facility back - one click access to the file.
this is critical for reviewing documents. By not linking directly to the document you're trying to view adds multiple steps, and does not always allow you to find the document
This is critical for our field personnel. Too many clicks and work arounds does not bode well for our working field force.
