Sync PW Web View show all versions toggle to PW Admin setting

PW Web View toggle to show all versions of documents currently does not sync to PW Admin setting for the same. Please sync the two so users do not have to individually set them. An enterprise level global toggle to set a default in PW Web View would also be useful.
