We use PW DM for document review, markup, actions and action tracking.

With the PW DM distribution matrix, our process is that we add Additional Reviewers (AR), extra to the Reviewer (R). See attached Figure 1.

We would like the DM Recipients tab updated so that that Additional Reviewers are also listed (in addition to the Reviewer). See attached Figure 2.

Can you please update the DM Recipients tab to also show Additional Reviewers, if configured.

    Bentley has to revisit the Transmittal Workflow. Assigning Additional reviewers , revoking their task and consolidating all at the end of the process is a tedious task. As review is done concurrently ,plus add more and more reviewers down the line, there's always risk of comments being lost/overlooked, or review exceeds the review period and also other reviewers are unable to see other comments. Require also more no. of days to finish review and so on. Can Bentley look into providing template or matrix for different kind of submission? User should be able to design the WF in the system and transmit docs accordingly. Example for document review, a series of step, with predefined no. of days and reviewers. Its actually making the process more automated and users have option to select review template appropriate for the submission.
