Suggest to add a Report tab in the same level as Incoming, Outgoing & Draft tab.
There are a lot of unnecessary details in the generated report and some of main details are missing. All submitted documents are repeatedly listed in the report, for example a single RFI, it was submitted once but you will find it 4 listed RFI with the same details in the report.
