infrastructurecloud Issue creation doesn't allow to link a document from a ProjectWise connection

If we create an issue from application with a document in ProjectWise, the issue in infrastructure cloud doesn't find the link, and we want to attach a document from Issue portal in infrastructurecloud, it doesn't find any web connection except the default 'Documents'.
