The modify function within ProjectWise Explorer works great but the user interface isn't great and is not very intuitive for basic users to use. Most end up editing individual files instead of using this.
By providing a customisable UI potentially via toolbar icon (so only select fields are visible to the users set by PW admin) will allow a much easier way for basic users to update the metadata of multiple files at the same time. Big efficiencies could be gained from this.
Adding to that, if we select multiple documents, we could have a modify tab; along with list and spatial. Which will display all the select documents in a grid where each column will represent an attribute so we could modify multiple document in a like excel environment
