As a user, I would like to populate the Linked Item and imodel from an external application thorugh BCF. This is currently not possible. It could maybe be realized through asking to which iModel the Issues in the BCF should be linked (similar to the current AssingedTo dialogue). More importantly than the linked item the position of the viewpoint in the BCF that should always be mapped even if the ID of the linked element in the BCF file is not found in the selected iModel
