Avoid going through different portals when you open a shared link.

When we share the link to a document, upon opening the link, the web page redirects to ProjectWise 365 and then takes a few seconds to finally open in Infrastructure Cloud. This should be avoided, as it takes a long time and is confusing to jump between platforms.
