If user restrictions are present, view settings for MicroStation and Open products are not saved or shown in the Navigator tab, and the display is by default black background with white 0 colour (blackboard view). This is no good for those of us with vision issues whom work with white backgrounds and black 0 colours (paper and ink view). There is no option to "Invert Black and White" in the navigator tab and this hinders collaboration by forcing files to be opened every time to view them with the needed settings.
