What We Have:

We have the ability to select and download all incoming items.

We can download all responses available in outgoing items.

What We Don’t Have:

We lack the ability to download our responses that are enclosed within incoming items. We must individually open each of them and download the responses.

We are unable to download all outgoing items at once.

Consider This Scenario: A project is winding up and we need to hand over all data to a third party or commissioning body who doesn’t have access to PW. In such a case, we don’t have a quick and easy solution to provide backup copies available on PW DM.
