add BIC to various online pick lists/ options

BIC does not exist here (Aha) nor on Help system (Service Now)

    Teresa, thanks for your response as I would have never guessed this. Can you also understand that thousands

    (if not millions) of users have been trained the "traditional way" to create a SR so I feel that that method should be updated to help users figure out how to get there that way. Also, I must point out that "Request Technical Support:ProjectWise powered by iTwin" doesn't mention Infrastructure Cloud and I still don't know that many would know how to get there...

    • To create a Service Case from Infrastructure Cloud, just click on the Resource Center - Technical Support and select Design or Build depending on the type of project you want to create the Service Case for. This will open a specific Service Case page.


      For documentation, from the Resource Center, select Knowledge Center and Design or Build. The links will redirect you to our Bentley Communities Resource Centers.
