Update two Managed Workspace synchronization processes to support removal of obsolete files & folders.

In ProjectWise Administrator the "Managed Configuration Import Wizard > Import Data to ProjectWise from the File System" process does not identify obsolete files & folders for removal.

In addition, when those same obsolete files & folders are manually removed from the Managed Workspace in ProjectWise Explorer, again the synchronization process between the Managed Workspace and the user's Local Document folder structure does not remove the obsolete files & folders from the Local Document folder structure.

As a result, custom apps that load workspace files (cell libraries in our case) from the Local Document folder structure also end up loading the obsolete files & folders.

To resolve this problem, our users must purge the Managed Workspace from their Local Document folder structure using Local Document Organizer and then redownload the Managed Workspace.

If both the PW Administrator and PW Explorer could be updated to provide full synchronization, it would greatly simplify the Managed Workspace update process.
