In the PDF Review tools, it's currently possible to get the Create Issue dialog stuck out of the viewer boundaries if a user changes window size/resolution without completely exiting and re-starting the session. It would be nice to have a view reset command either in the main UI or in the Setting menu to recenter these dialogs in the event they're thrown off screen.
