Integration with Microsoft services would be very beneficial, particularly with PowerAutomate (PA).
A trigger option within PA to send an email, create a meeting etc when a file reaches a certain workflow state for example.
Particularly as the Messaging Service within PW doesn't allow for HTML emails, this seems the logical way forward.
