There is no "out-the-box" function in projectwise that I know of which allows users to obtain lists of references from multiple drawings at once, it is currently a manual process to go into each drawing and go Set -> Show references which when you have several 100's of drawings is not feasible... I have seen online workarounds using this such as powershell however the server is client hosted and for obvious reasons will not all these kinds of scripts to run without rigorous testing as minimum and is usually not possible, which is a time constraint.

There are several benefits regarding the implementation of something like this as for major projects in particular it provides a clear and quick way of tracking what models are required for which file and once the list is available a plan can be set out for the best order in which models should be progressed and which will allow other disciplines to proceed with work.
