It would be really handy to be able to have a method to create saved searches for a list of Projects. This would be really handy when setting up Project Templates say where you want to create searches based on a new workflow state. I currently have this issue and the process for doing it is really manual and error fraught.
Can the original post be elaborated on, please?
Currently, a global saved search can be config in the work are template for as specified workflow state (or anything else) and deployed to new work areas that are created from the template.
If this existing functionality is not sufficient, please advise on where it is lacking.
I would like to extend the idea by allowing saved search to be attach to custom folders, document set, transmission etc....
