External user accounts are configured with an AD account & added to group. This group is then added to the sync service on internal ProjectWise integration server.
This works until the user account is temporarily disabled usually due to user error. When the account is re-enabled in AD it doesn't sync as re-enabled in ProjectWise.
Even unticking the disabled option doesn't work (the account continues to disable itself as if the underlying AD account was still disabled even though it's now active).
You can resolve this by switching the account to Windows, Save, then back to Windows Domain, And it should refresh the AD link and work again.
