To increase security of ProjectWise 2 settings:

1. An application for executables that blocks applications from launching when double-clicked in ProjectWise.

   1. Currently double-clicking an exe in ProjectWise it will automatically launch. Allowing us to assign exes to an application that just gives a warning "Executables can not be launched from ProjectWise" would be useful.

2. A user setting that blocks users from uploading executable file types, including scripts like powershell, vbscript, jscript and batch files.

   1. A user setting because some people will need to be able to upload exes, dlls, etc... for managed workspaces to work properly.
