When we want to authorize a group of user to move document from one folder to another, we need to enable Delete.

What we found out is that if we enable delete, this also enable Read and Write to the folder.

Request is to allow the permission Move, to be define independently or any other permission.

Maybe Introduce V as a permission. Reason V is proposed, we have another request we here we ask to use M and m.

"-----w--W-_V" this would give permission to write the attribute, W write the file and V to move the file to another folder.

"----------_V" this would give only the permission to move a file to another folder
