Issue:

For the "RFI" package type, when integration with ALIM is enabled then the ability to upload documents from the desktop/ file system (Attachments) is disabled and only way to add documents is through the ALIM Document type.

This works when using the "General Correspondence" Module.

Resolution Needed:

As available in "General Correspondence" package has upload from file system, the same option should be available on the "RFI" package type.
