Requirement:

PWDM security configuration does not provide package level granular control for allocation of user access.

Users who are implementing General Correspondence (GC) and RFI types would prefer this functionality to be able to allocate rights to the users based on their function and authorisation levels.

The requirement is to be able to control specific user level access for GC and RFI package types.
