    When managed workspaces are not used there is not facility to load DGNLibs from PW to the local users.

    I should have clarified that this is for unmanaged workspaces and offline [outside of PW renditions] printing.

    When using a Managed Workspace, dgnlib files are copied out and used by MicroStation when a user opens a drawing or when it is sent to the iCS server for automatic PDF renditions.
