I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we have encountered with the ProjectWise Rendition process. Our teams utilize ProjectWise to store a variety of file formats, including DGN, DWG, TIFF, Word, Excel, and Visio. As part of our automated approval process, once a file is approved in ProjectWise, it is automatically converted to PDF and made ready for distribution.

However, we have observed that Visio files are the only ones that do not undergo this rendition process. Consequently, we are required to manually convert these files to PDF, which is both time-consuming and inefficient. We have been informed that the current rendition process does not support Visio files.

Given that Visio is an integral part of the Microsoft Suite and is frequently used, I believe it would be highly beneficial to include Visio files in the rendition process. If the rendition process supports Word and Excel documents from the suite, it stands to reason that Visio should also be supported.

I would like to propose this as an enhancement to the current rendition process. Your consideration of this request would be greatly appreciated, as it would significantly streamline our workflow and improve overall efficiency.
