Spatial Extension not installed

Latest version and a few of the previous versions of ProjectWise Explorer 2024, when Spatial Extension option is selected in installation, PW Explorer is not showing Spatial tab or Spatial info on folders and files. The only working version is older ProjectWise Explorer CONNECTION Edition 10.00.03.453! Please fix.
