I recently encountered a challenge when exporting a DGN file from ProjectWise (PW) to a local folder for testing purposes. After exporting the file and attempting to open it locally, I noticed that the reference attachments were still linked to the PW_WORKDIR, rather than being updated to point to the files in their new local location.

I propose exploring a solution or workflow to efficiently relink all reference attachments within the top-level DGN file to the corresponding local files. This would allow users to freely modify the references in their local environment without impacting the original files stored in PW_WORKDIR.
