Setting so that ProjectWise will allow us to open another DGN file without closing the DGN file which is already open on OpenRoads.

I am aware that there is a work around if you "hold shift then double click the dgn file to open", and it will open the dgn file without closing any existing dgn files, but I think it would be better if there was a way to make it the default setting to have it that it doesn't close any opened dgn file.

Just matter of preference with this one, but I think it would help avoid any issues with mindlessly misclicking and trying to open two files at the same time. Especially since files can take such a long time to open in ProjectWise by default, this may save everyone a lot of time in a project.
