Our production is in a need to define a more granular access rights

Example we have external checker, that need to have access to only a specific file type (Example .dwg) and even among those DWG we need to grant access to some specific document.

As such we would need to defne access using mulitple criteria

Example 1

First criteria le document state - can the user see the document in that state

Second the departement/discipline - can the user access this dicipline document

Third the document type - can the user access this docuent type ( example report)

Example 2

First criteria le document state - can the user see the document in that state

Second based on Attribut - User can only see document that match specific attribut or combinaison of attribut.

OR

Second based on Attribut - User is block from seeing those documents that match specific attribut or combinaison of attribut.

Which raise a colateral request regarding the workflow, we could have workflow for each discipline to help us get more granualr access right, but this will become hard to manage using the current tool ( WRE under excel and Access rights also under excel)

If we could have better/consolidate interface to manage the the workflow an dthe access/rights we could vision a per file control
