PowerShell Commandlets that support finding all documents and folders a user object has ownership of and being able to transfer that ownership.

Currently there is not a way to find the ownership of documents and folders for a particular user. The only way I know to transfer ownership of these items that I know of is by using the Remove-PWUserByMatch. However, there are times this also fails. So it would be handy to have something that was more reliable to change that ownership and remove users.
