Hello,

Recently we were having the issue with one of the newly joined user. He installed PW explorer in his machine to start working on projects. But he ends up with the error message in connection client while logging in saying
"An application error has occurred. Please check logs."

We dig into it and find that user is not added in the list of Bentley user management system.

Hence, the prompt should be given exactly below the error message something like below
" Please check with your admin if you are added to the list of Bentley Management System"

This will help saving huge time to resolve such errors in future.
