In a transmission we have participants that need to respond and other participan define as FYI inly (no acknowledge or response)
the FYI recipient do not seems to have access to any markup made by the main reviewer.
Request is to have way to share the markup with the FYI recipient so when they open the transmission they can see the markup
Often we want to send transmission for main reviewer to comment and markup and have the " Observer" see the comment o n the document. Something similar to when we annotate PDF directly inside PW

What is the impact of not doing this?
We have comments and markup that cannot be seen by participants invite as observer in a transmittal. |
Recipients that receive transmittal for information (without response required) can view issues created by the reviewers in "Responses" tab.
The only exception to this is if the 'CC' recipient belongs to a separate project than the reviewers who create the issues. Could you confirm if all your package recipients are from the same project?
