We found that we have a need to distribute the submittal response to more than one environment.
We have three main environments: the production, the review and the area for document control.

Practical use of functionality?
If a document is being found in one of those three places and match the characteristics of the original file being transmitted, we would like to have the submittal response being replicate to all instance of the document |

Although the documents might share the same name or specific attribute in all environments, they are still separate files that have different GUIDs (identifications). Deliverables Management populates response information only for the file which GUID the service stores after import. We would suggest looking into potentially using PowerShell or Power Automate to copy the response field information from the original PWDM submittal documents to other files based on the metadata of them.
