When we wanted to send a general correspondence, we can select all project's participants.

However we have few persons we wanted to remove. exemple we have @bentley.con user that have acces to the project for technical support and we do not wanted to have them include in our project communication

Going through the list to removed them is time consuming

If we could use roles to help us populate the list of recipient that would be much easier

Under the messenger we had this option to use distribution lists
