Request is to allow the project owner to be delegate multiple time on the same transmission so he can response as Void/Not concern to close a transmission.

Practical use of functionality?
We have transmissions that were send to an inactive project As such the participant will not response. Transmission cannot be recall, because we had multiple reviewer working on that transmission. |

If we cannot close a transmission, the Status cannot be transfer into projectwise |
