Practical use of functionality?
Reduce the complexity of the distribution matrix, Has we can reduce the number of columns |

What is the impact of not doing this?
A cleaner distribution matrix, easiert to understand |
Hello Justina
Sorry for the late reply. The example above was take from the help documentation pf PWDM. Se we were expecting to work as shown :-).
Reason to have the possibility to add multiple names under ARx, This will reduce the number of columns use to define additional reviewer. We have cases where we have 10 AR and multiply by x transmission purpose this create a lengthy excel sheet.
In ideal world for a transmission purpose we would need to add Mulitiple emails for the MR and mulitple email for AR.
In the current situation creating the excel sheet for this is time consuming. This raise the question as well to be able to add groups or role and the system would fill the recipient with the individual email when send will be hit
To mark multiple people as additional reviewers in the distribution rule you have to make sure that all recipient/ additional reviewers emails are in separate columns. In your example you have two emails in a column that is marked "AR2". That causes the failure. If you move out one of the emails into separate column, mark it "AR3" and mark the recipient to whom the additional reviewer will respond R(AR2, AR3), it should work.
