When we configure the distribution matrix, the documentation mention we can have multiple participants for AR2.
However this does not seem possible.
Request is to allow the system to be configure this way so we can reduce the number of column used under the matrix

To mark multiple people as additional reviewers in the distribution rule you have to make sure that all recipient/ additional reviewers emails are in separate columns. In your example you have two emails in a column that is marked "AR2". That causes the failure. If you move out one of the emails into separate column, mark it "AR3" and mark the recipient to whom the additional reviewer will respond R(AR2, AR3), it should work.
