ProjectWise Admins can clearly see when an external user was invited to a project and perhaps by who invited the user.
Practical use of functionality?
This can maybe reduce effort by others. Currently if a user request an invitation to a project and it's sent, a second admin could come along and not know how long ago that invitation was extended. The invitation could have just gone out 5 minutes ago. Second admin might delete the invitation and resubmit it. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Can cause a lot or repeated task since users aren't aware of how long ago the invitation was sent. I think there's a time limit to the invitations and they will not be valid after a certain amount of time. This is why we have to resend invitations to external users. |
