We define a new set of columns ( attributes) to be use in transmission.
When we create a new version of a transmission, we would like to have those new attributes being use.
Has of today be can only see the new attributes under a new transmission.
Having transmissions running for sometimes now, we would prefer not having to create a new transmission to keep the transmission history.

Practical use of functionality?
As project evolve we have more request to update the information associate to transmission. being able to apply those new request without having to create a new thread of transmission |

Keep transmission thread and history continuity, especially with transmissions having multiple documents. |
